Dear Supreme Court Justices,

We respectfully ask that you grant an exemption from the HHS Mandate to the Little Sisters of the Poor.

  • The Little Sisters of the Poor care for 13,000 elderly poor in 30 homes across the USA and 31 countries worldwide.
  • The Little Sisters of the Poor are not exempt from the PPACA’s (ObamaCare’s) HHS mandate but, major corporations like Exxon Mobil, Chevron, IBM, Visa, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Home Depot and Boeing enjoy an exemption.
  • The Little Sisters of the Poor face fines of $70,000,000 (70 million dollars) per year if they lose their case before you to be exempt from PPACA’s HHS Mandate.
  • Many elderly poor depend on the Little Sisters of the Poor. The PPACA was supposed to help the poor. Ironically, its HHS mandate leaves many elderly poor helpless by fining their caretakers out of existence.

Please rule in their favor.

God bless you all,

Supporters of Catholics for America in support of our Christian sisters, the Little Sisters of the Poor.
